No. Both registered and unregistered users of the ServMatch site can read and write reviews on service professionals.
Registered users enjoy more perks than unregistered users of the ServMatch site. At the basic level users can add service professionals to their favorites list and will get notification if there is a response to one of your reviews.
Yes. ServMatch requires registration before you can start the process of creating a service listing on the site. We do this to ensure a valid contact is creating the service listing.
Not long at all. Anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes depending on the listing you choose and how much time you wish to spend. For example, featured listings get the option to have a photo gallery. Adding each of these pictures and choosing which to add may be time consuming but worth the effort to show your best work. In addition the 'Summary' and 'Description' for each listing is an opportunity to add some individuality to your listing.
There are two plan types to choose from. A basic listing and a featured listing and each of those have monthly or annual options for subscription.
Basic Monthly Listing - $8.99: Our basic monthly listing plan with contact info, summary, description and listing pic.
Featured Monthly Listing - $9.99: All the features of a basic plan but with the added bonus of getting listed ahead of basic listings and the addition of a photo gallery.
Basic Annual Listing - $89.99: Get 12 months for the price of 10! Our basic annual listing plan with contact info, summary, description and listing pic.
Featured Annual Listing - $99.99: Get 12 months for the price of 10! All the features of a basic plan but with the added bonus of getting listed ahead of basic listings and the addition of a photo gallery.
Yes. When you have logged in you will see a menu option for 'My Listings' that will bring you to a page of your listings. Each listing has a dropdown box to edit the listing. You can edit any and every detail at any time with no limits.
Unlimited. You can list in as many service categories that are applicable to your business as you want. This system was designed to be fair to all business types. For example, one plumbing company may only do plumbing while another also does HVAC. We wanted to give companies the freedom of deciding where to list and what to list on the ServMatch site. Each listing is its own subscription cost by design.
Reviews go through a screening process before going live on a listing. This is done to ensure things are kept clean and to make sure no false negative or false positive reviews get posted. Our screening process ensures real, fair and accurate reviews.
There are 3 ways to cancel a listing...
1. Login to your account and select 'My Listings'. Next, find the listing you wish to cancel and select 'Unpublish' under the 'Manage' dropdown button.
2. If you paid with your PayPal account (instead of a credit card), then you can login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there.
3. You can complete a cancellation form HERE and we will cancel your subscription for you. If we need more information, we will contact you before we cancel the listing.
*We cannot refund a subscription once it has been completed, but we can prevent any new charges if you contact us at least 2 days before your subscription is set to renew. If we receive notice with less than 48 hours to renewal date, we cannot guarantee cancellation will complete in time.
